RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I DIDN'T LIKE?

Yes of course. The return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the product. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us via our form HERE and we will guide you through the process.

*Transportation and/or cash on delivery for the return of the product shall be borne by the customer. There is no extra charge beyond that.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?


In the event that you receive a defective product, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

The time you have to inform us of the receipt of a defective product is 48 hours from its receipt. If this time has passed, the user is responsible for any defect in the product.

To request a replacement of a defective product you must email us attaching a photo of the defective product. The processing of the request is done within 24 hours by our Team and we will inform you about the acceptance or not of your request.

The product return must include everything that was in its original packaging.

You can request to receive another product in case the same product is no longer available in our store.
