At Red Raven , we firmly stand behind the quality of our products.

All our glasses come with a 1-year warranty and immediate replacement in the event of a manufacturing problem with the frame or lens.

More warranty details:

• The warranty covers manufacturing problems in the frame or the lens (not the other parts of the glass such as screws, metals, etc.)
• The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by use or an accident caused by use
• To request the application of the guarantee the original packaging of the product must be available and you must fill out our form HERE describing the problem or case in detail
• If your warranty is approved as appropriate by the relevant department you will receive a replacement of the same product or in case an equivalent of your choice is not available
• Multiple uses of the Red Raven warranty are reviewed and accepted only upon inspection.
• The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
