All our glasses are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under current EU law, which includes replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect in the frame or lenses.

What the guarantee covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the frame or the lenses.

• Defects in screws, metal parts and all other parts of the glasses are also covered.

What it does not cover:

• Wear and tear from everyday use, or damage caused by accidents while using the product.

How to make a guarantee claim:

• The original packaging is not required; if you still have it, please send the product back in it.

• Fill in the guarantee form [HERE] with a full description of the problem.

• If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same product or, if it is not available, an equivalent model of your choice.

Important information:

• The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date you received the product, as provided by law.

• Multiple guarantee claims are assessed case by case and approved only after a careful review.
