Shipping to Europe is €9.90 and free for orders over €59.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?


The delivery time is 1-2 business days with express option for the whole of Europe.
With economy shipment the delivery time is 2-5 business days.

* During periods of offers and sales or holidays, order processing and delivery time is adjusted based on the volume of Courier companies - There may be slight delays - Priority order is always followed

Shipments to Europe are made with DHL.

    We accept all VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & Diners cards, of all banks, without any extra charge. Card details are protected through an online security system, which guarantees a completely secure transaction environment. After completing the order, you will be taken to the secure environment of Viva Wallet to pay for your order by filling in all your card details.

    Pay securely via PayPal.

  3. 3 interest-free installments via Klarna.

HOW DOES SHIPMENT PROTECTION WORK?

 

The "Shipment Protection" service offers the replacement of your products in case of damage or loss of the package during transport, with an additional charge of €1 per shipment. In the event that the package is damaged or lost during delivery, we undertake to replace the products with new ones at no additional cost.

This service does not cover cases of malicious exploitation or sabotage by the customer. To activate the replacement, confirmation of the damage or loss will be required from the courier company or other relevant agency.

Protection only applies to damage or loss that has occurred during transportation and up to delivery at the agreed delivery point.
