Product exchanges are currently available only for orders within Greece. For all other orders you can return your items for a refund: fill in the form below and our team will get back to you within 1 business day with the return instructions.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are deducted from the refund.
- Received a defective item? We replace it free of charge — every pair is covered by our 2-year warranty.

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). Submitting this form — or simply emailing us — counts as your withdrawal notice: we will confirm receipt by email with the date and time.
