WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE for all of Greece . (with ELTA Courier, BoxNow, Speedex and Courier Center)

2€ Charge for shipments with ACS .

Shipping to Europe is €9.90 and free over €79 .
*Cash on delivery payment method costs €1.90 and is not available for shipments with BOXNOW outside of Greece.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?


The delivery time is 1-3 working days for the whole of Greece.
For Europe the delivery time is 2-4 working days.

* During periods of offers and sales or holidays, order processing and delivery time is adjusted based on the volume of Courier companies - There may be slight delays - Priority order is always followed


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


As soon as your order starts from us, you will be sent an email with your order tracking code.



WITH WHICH COURIER COMPANY ARE THE SHIPMENTS MADE?


Shipments to Greece are made with ELTA courier, Speedex, Courier Center, BoxNow or with ACS.
Shipments to Europe are made with DHL.

HOW ARE SHIPPING MADE WITH BOXNOW?

The products are sent with BOX NOW to a 24-hour automatic receiving machine - locker.
  1. The order can be picked up 24 hours a day.
  2. To receive the order, a Pin is sent to the mobile phone with the code that opens the BOX NOW box.
  3. The order remains in the mailbox for 72 hours.
  4. Orders are made by card payment only
  5. Shipping with BoxNow is FREE.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay for your order with:

  1. Cash on delivery [excluding BoxNow shipments and outside Greece] (+€1.90)
    You pay the courier upon delivery of the order.

  2. Credit/Debit Card via Viva Wallet
    We accept all VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & Diners cards, of all banks, without any extra charge. Card details are protected through an online security system, which guarantees a completely secure transaction environment. After completing the order, you will be taken to the secure environment of Viva Wallet to pay for your order by filling in all your card details.
  3. Paypal
     Pay securely with PayPal.
  4. 3 interest-free installments via Klarna.
