Shipping Costs

Free shipping throughout Greece with: ELTA Courier, ACS, BoxNow and Geniki Taxydromiki.
For Europe, shipping costs €9.90 and is free for orders over €79. Depending on the destination and shipping method, DHL Economy Select may also be available from €5.90.

Cash on delivery costs an extra €1.90 and is not available for BoxNow deliveries or for deliveries outside Greece.

Delivery Time

Greece: 1–3 working days
Europe: 1–2 working days with DHL Express or 2–5 working days with DHL Economy Select

During sales, promotions or holiday periods, there may be delays due to the higher workload at courier companies. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow it online.

BoxNow Deliveries (Greece)

Products are delivered to an automated parcel locker.
Collection is available 24/7 with a PIN sent to your mobile phone.
Your order stays in the locker for 72 hours.
Card payment only.
BoxNow delivery is free.

Shipping Protection

The “Shipping Protection” service covers damage or loss of the parcel in transit, for an extra cost of €1.

In case of damage or loss, we replace the products at no extra cost.
Confirmation from the courier company is required.
Cases of malicious or fraudulent use by the recipient are not covered, nor are claims made more than 24 hours after receipt of the parcel.

Your legal rights are not affected: if your order is lost or arrives damaged before you receive it, we will replace it or refund you anyway, under consumer law.
