CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT I DIDN'T LIKE?

EXCHANGE

You have the ability to exchange a product you didn't like or didn't fit you with another product of your choice.
You will need to let us know through our form HERE stating your order number or name and the product you wish to receive.
You will have to ship back to us your old product, bearing the cost of delivery to our warehouse, and then we will ship the new product to you bearing again the cost of delivery.


CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I DIDN'T LIKE?

Yes of course. The return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the product. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging. The refund is made with the same payment method that you have used for your order (in case of purchase with Klarna, the refund is made through Klarna ). In case of payment by cash on delivery, the refund is made to an IBAN that you indicate to us.

*Transportation, bank charges and/or cash on delivery for the return of the product are charged to the customer and are deducted during the refund . There is no extra charge beyond that.



WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?


In the event that you receive a defective product, the product will be replaced by us at no cost to you.

The time available to you to inform us of the receipt of a defective product is 48 hours from its receipt. If this time has passed, the user is responsible for any defect in the product.

To request a replacement for a defective product you must email us with a photo of the defective product attached . The processing of the request is done within 24 hours by our team and we will inform you about the acceptance or not of your request.

The product return must include everything that was in its original packaging.

You can request to receive another product in case the same product is no longer available in our store.
