All orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours.

Details of Changes

You have the possibility to exchange the product you received for another product of your choice for FREE .

You will need to inform us via our form HERE stating your order number or name and the product you wish to receive.

After we have sent the new product you selected you will exchange hand to hand with the courier company the new product with the original product in its original packaging. There is no extra charge for changing a product.

The return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the product. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.
