Details of Changes

You have the possibility to exchange the product you received for another product of your choice for FREE .

You will need to inform us via our form HERE stating your order number or name and the product you wish to receive.

After we have sent the new product you selected you will exchange hand to hand with the courier company the new product with the original product in its original packaging. There is no extra charge for changing a product.

Details of Returns

The return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the product. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.

*Transportation and/or cash on delivery and bank charges for returning the product are borne by the customer. There is no extra charge beyond that. The refund is made with the same payment method that you have used for your order (in case of purchase with Klarna, the refund is made through Klarna ).
