A full charge of the battery takes approximately 5 hours and can be done with a 1A or 2A charger . While charging, the indicator light will be red , while when the battery is fully charged, the light will turn green .

The heated flashlight has three intensity levels:

CHANGE

You have the option to exchange the product you received for FREE with another product of your choice.

After we send the new product you selected, you will exchange the new product with the original product in its original packaging, hand in hand with the courier company. There is no extra charge for product exchange.

REFUND

The returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

In order to be able to return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.
